After making another mess in the name of Earth Studies, Sqweep is detained by the General and put in extreme isolation. But when Monger makes his own mess, Sqweep demands justice. After all, No Exceptions. Monger accepts it, except Coverton has gotten access to the Aero-tank and has programmed it to destroy everything - With His Face!.
