Synopsis[]
After launching one too many missiles, B.O.B. asks Dr. Cockroach to make him a brain. But when Coverton adds an evil remote device on said new addition to the loveable ooze, he proves to be more formidable than first imagined. The Monsters Tell B.O.B. take the Brain out of His Head it's turning him into a Back Stabbing Jerk and Treating the Monsters like Dirt.

- Coverton reveals he loves hats, which is how he got himself trapped twice.
- "(B.O.B.) would be dangerous if (he) had a brain." was the running gag-line of the episode, in one form or another.
- When the monsters figure out Coverton had tampered with B.O.B.'s brain, he tries to blame Doug the night Janitor.
- This episode is possibly based on the M Files story Brain Pain.
- B.O.B. gives himself an "evil villain" goatee when he turns evil.
- It is revealed Dr. C's greatest fear is being squashed by a shoe. Much like all other cockroaches' fears are.
- Susan gets trapped with metal that prevents her to grow huge. This metal returns in The Mystery of Dr. Cutter.
- Sqweep does not appear in this episode.
