Synopsis[]
For the next part of the earth studies project, Sqweep takes a swing at man's best friend, the dog. Normally, it would be easy, but Monger has a no pets in base policy. After B.O.B. agrees to be a pretend dog with his only success being a mess in the hall, Sqweep decides to give him canine brain waves, forgetting to carry one key detail and therefore turning everyone else into dogs.
