Diedrich Bader (b. Dec. 24, 1966) is an American actor, voice actor and comedian who is best known for playing Oswald Lee Harvey in The Drew Carey Show and for voicing Batman in Batman: The Brave and the Bold, the Rat King in The Penguins of Madagascar and Hundun in Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness.
