David V. Hope (b. October 14, 1964), better known as David Kaye is a canadian actor better recognized for his work in the voiceover industry.
His most recognized work include InuYasha, Transformers and playing Commissioner Gordon in Batman: Arkham City. He played The Missing Link in Night of the Living Carrots.
